Dear Applicant, once your consultation fee payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to begin the appointment scheduling process. We regularly monitor applicant appointments to improve your experience. Reviews are conducted on the 17th of each month. Most applicants renewing their applications do NOT require an interview. If your case requires an appointment, you will need to complete an online form and schedule an appointment at the Service Center to provide your biometrics and present your identification. This document will be sent to the address you provide. Please note that the service is available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Ottawa, Ontario, Canadá (GMT-4). Please check your spam/junk mail folder at the provided address, as some filters may block automated emails.
