Application information status
You can check the status of your Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) application through the official Government of Canada channels. Our service provides administrative assistance and technical support to help you understand information related to your application status, including whether it is valid, expired, or requires additional action.
Once issued by the Government of Canada, an eTA is typically valid for up to five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. If you have obtained a new passport since your last application, you must submit a new application.
Processing times are determined exclusively by government authorities and may vary depending on each case. Applying in advance of your travel date is recommended.
If you have recently submitted your application and have not yet received an update, it is recommended to wait additional time and verify that the information provided is correct.
Our service is limited to administrative assistance and technical support throughout the process, based on user-provided information.
